Start: 10/02/2010 - 11:30am

End: 10/02/2010 - 11:30am

Mat will be giving a presentation on "Making Shift Happen: Changing Our Course From Collapse to Sustainability" at the West Coast Green Conference in San Francisco, CA on Saturday Oct 2 from 11:30 Am to 12:30 PM. This is the first time that Mat will be offering this exciting, inspiring, and experiential presentation!

Author Mat Stein takes us on a journey toward two futures. First he shows us why “business as usual” is rapidly driving us towards systemic collapse, identifying six major current trends we’re currently experiencing that together form a perfect storm for destroying the ecological and economic systems we depend on. Then he inspires us by detailing 10 major trends emerging all around us that lead toward a sustainable future. Making Shift Happen is about working backward from a future we all want, and figuring out what steps we can collectively and individually take to get us there.
