Photovoltaics: Design and Installation Manual

This is a practical guide to designing and installing photovoltaic systems. This book is for the building and RE professional, or for the owner builder who wants to design and install his own system. This book will show you how to do it right and per the proper building codes. Includes several valuable appendices such as: solar data, sun charts, and work sheets for system sizing and design. This is not a basic electrical wiring textbook, so if you have little practical experience with standard house wiring, then you will also need to purchase a basic house wiring manual to accompany this text. Additionally, I suggest that you spend a fair amount of time picking your RE supplier’s brain to help you select your components, as this book does not recommend specific brands and hardware.
